The Society of British and International Design (SBID) is set to tackle a persistent taboo in the interior design industry – the issue of non-payment – during one of its biggest annual events for design professionals.

The Young Furniture Makers exhibition returns to London on 9th October to offer industry visitors the opportunity to connect with young designer-makers looking to make an impact on the sector. 

Around 1000 people attended this year's Young Furniture Makers exhibition, making it the most successful edition to date. 

Decorex International will make its debut at Olympia London this year, from the 6-9th October, marking a new chapter in the show’s 41-year history.

Decorex International’s 42nd edition, which took place from 6-9th October, saw a 10% rise in visitors, reports organiser Informa Markets.

The Autumn Furniture Show will take place on the 1st and 2nd October at NAEC, Stoneleigh Park, near Kenilworth, set in Warwickshire countryside –  and promises to offer valuable sourcing opportunities at this critical time of year.
