The Shire Bed Company has announced its sponsorship deal with Yorkshire County Cricket Club for the 2015 season.
The Shire Bed Company is a family-run business established in 1997, however the family has been in the bed-making industry for nearly half a century. Making quality mattresses and divan bases for major retailers as well as supplying contract beds for education, care and hospitality sectors nationally and internationally, The Shire Bed Company is a keen supporter of local community events and causes, including The Mirfield Show.
In its heyday, Dewsbury – where The Shire Bed Company is based – was not only home to Yorkshire cricket but also hosted first-class cricket including matches between England and Australia. The Shire Bed Company is once again proud to make the connection between Yorkshire cricket and Dewsbury's bed making history through this partnership.
