Author and TV retail expert Clare Rayner will be the keynote speaker at Retail IT’s mini-conference on Thursday, November 12th at Browns in Covent Garden.
Clare will present her 10 steps to retail success – including defining a goal and mission, deciding on positioning, identifying the ideal customer, developing a channel and location strategy, and setting up an effective back office – in the historic Judges Court.
Clare, known for championing small, independent retailers, and suppliers to retail, will be available during the break so that delegates can ask her specific questions about their business.
Other presentations at the event include innovative ways to drive footfall, insights on the luxury market – from Paul Thomas of Retail Remedy – and a focus on in-store technology.
The event starts at 2pm with light refreshments, and finishes around 5pm with the option of complimentary drinks in the bar. The event is free to attend for those in the retail industry.
