Major new exhibitors for Manchester Furniture Show

Several major brands and young companies from the UK, Europe and the Far East have joined the line-up for the Manchester Furniture Show, to be held from 17-19th July at Manchester Central. New exhibitors include Devonshire Pine & Oak, Fortune Woods, CIMC, Global Home, Camel Group, Panacea, Hookes Interiors, Ancient Mariner, Heritage Furniture, Arthauss, Derry’s and Indian Hub. These exhibitors will have stands in the main hall.

From north-east Italy, the Camel Group will be showing a selection of its comprehensive furniture collections, with leather sofas, bedroom and dining cabinet ranges all on display. Global Home will bring many of its Far East manufactured living, dining and bedroom cabinets, made in a variety of styles and woods, including painted and lacquered.

Bideford-based Devonshire Pine and Oak’s expertise will be on display with pine dining and bedroom ranges made in its UK factory, as well as some of its specially-selected and exclusive oak ranges. A younger UK cabinet manufacturer joining the exhibitor line-up is Heritage Furniture, based in Blackburn.

Fortune Woods produces a wide range of traditional and modern oak cabinets in its seven factories. The company will show a selection of its best selling and newest models, aimed at the UK market. In contrasting style, Arthauss is bringing its contemporary collections featuring clean lines and polished lacquers.

A new exhibitors in interior furnishings is independently-owned family business Hookes Interiors from Uxbridge which will display its latest designs in all things furnishing, including mirrors, occasional furniture and decorative accessories. CIMC, another major supplier of interior furnishing items, will have a wide selection of lamps, soft furnishing and decorative items on display, encompassing all of the latest style trends.

Show director Laraine Janes says: “We are excited to have a truly diverse collection of exhibitors this year, the mix of products and styles on display, for every price bracket, makes Manchester a one-stop summer shop for all furniture and furnishings buyers. The excellent new sign-ups increase the depth and variety of the show, making it a ‘must see’ for retailers, specifiers and interior designers. We are looking forward to a busy show.”
