Furniture Village, the UK’s largest independent retailer of its type, will be opening the doors of its new store in Preston on 1st of October. The Preston branch will be Furniture Village’s 44th UK store.
Situated in Capitol Retail Park on the A6 to the south of Preston, the new Furniture Village store will be 14,000sqft on the ground floor, and includes a Mezzanine Floor of 12,250sqft.
Employing 10 people full-time, the store will offer more than 50 upholstery collections, including leading brands such as Natuzzi, Parker Knoll and G Plan, and a large selection of dining ranges from high-quality suppliers including ercol and Calligaris.
In September 2015, the retailer won, for the second year running, the National Bed Federation’s Multiple Bed Retailer of the Year award, and the new store will offer bed brands from international and national bed manufacturers including Vispring, Hypnos, The Handmade Bed Company and Tempur.
