One of Great Britain’s most established and innovative bed makers, Spink & Edgar by Harrison Spinks, has supplied luxury beds to the new John Lewis store in Dubai – the first to launch outside the UK.
Spink & Edgar by Harrison Spinks produces some of the most luxurious mattresses in the world and has manufactured the plush beds that make up John Lewis’ Natural collection.
Each of these mattresses combines pocket springs and a host of natural fillings, some of which are grown on Harrison Spinks’ own 300-acre farm in Yorkshire, UK, to offer the ultimate in sleeping experiences.
The pocket springs provide top-to-toe body support, contouring to the sleeper’s shape, relieving the build-up of any pressure points and ensuring the spine remains aligned throughout the night.
Sitting alongside these award-winning springs are layers of sumptuous natural materials, including Yorkshire wool, cotton and cashmere. Harrison Spinks breeds its own flock of sheep for their wool, which is used across the John Lewis Natural collection. The bed makers grow and cultivate other crops on its farm, including hemp and cotton, which are also included across the John Lewis range.
