Gallery signals huge H2 roll-out

Gallery Direct is set to launch its biggest ever autumn/winter collection – featuring over 600 new lines – at Autumn Fair this month.

The collection includes over 125 furniture lines, over 220 soft furnishings, over 180 wall decor products, over 55 lighting pieces and over 25 made-to-order lines offered in 58 new fabric options. The new products include additions to Gallery’s popular Luxe trend, as well as a new Apartment Living trend which features clean lines and strong finishes.

The new furniture collection includes the Carbury (pictured) and Forden ranges. Featuring metal and oak veneers in two finishes – black and grey oak – both collections would fit into any modern interior. Another new collection is Hadston, offering six pieces featuring black metal frames combined with a choice of antique gold, antique silver or antique copper tops.

There is also a selection of new upholstery, including: the eye-catching Rivello chair which is available in Rusty Orange, Rose and Inky Blue; the Valenza sofa and matching tub chair in brown leather or gold velvet; and the Tesoro sofa and tub chair which is offered in a choice of black or cream leather and dark taupe or grey velvet.

From over-sized tassels to hand-tied detailing and a variety of textures, including metallic foiling, Gallery’s new soft furnishings collection has been designed to fit into the Apartment Living and Luxe trends. The range features cushions, throws, draught excluders and doorstops, as well as rugs. There is also a wide range of new bedding across Gallery’s textile brands – Boheme, Kilburn & Scott, Lagom, Parisian House, Parlane Collection and Simply Sleep.

The new wall decor offers an engaging selection of mirrors, from simple metallic frames in unusual shapes,to mirrored frames for the Luxe look, along with wall art, from abstract printed canvases to floral framed art.

Gallery’s lighting collection is also being extended with a varied range, from table and floor lamps to unusual pendants, featuring golds, mottled glass and interesting shapes for the Luxe trend, and clean, sharp lines in satin and matt finishes for the Apartment Living look.

On the made-to-order side, there are new bedsteads, headboards and ottomans, along with sofabeds. These are offered in a new selection of fabrics – seven ranges, each offering a choice of colours to give 58 new fabrics in total. There are also three new mattress collections, including Gallery’s innovative Seagreen range which features Seaqual-certified ticking, as well as fillings made from recycled plastic.

James Hudson, sales and business development director, comments: “We are incredibly excited about our AW19 Collection. It’s our biggest ever and has taken a tremendous amount of hard work to pull together, but we are confident that it will be well received and successful, and we look forward to showing visitors at the Autumn Fair.”
