The 43rd edition of CIFF (China International Furniture Fair) will take place at in Guangzhou this March over two phases, divided according to product sector – the first, from 18th-21st March 2019, is dedicated to home furnishings, outdoor and leisure furniture, home decor and textiles, while the second, from 28th-31st March, will cover office furniture, hotel furnishings, accessories, metal furniture and furnishings for public spaces and reception areas, as well as materials and machinery for the furniture industry.
The show will host over 4100 exhibitors in an exhibition space extending over 760,000 sqm.
“Platform of first choice for launch of new products and trade” is the theme of the 43rd edition, emphasising CIFF’s commitment to offering a global platform that launches exhibitor innovations and welcomes sector professionals, including a growing number of international visitors. CIFF states that it has consistently boasted a higher number of overseas buyers than the other Chinese trade fairs, recording 30,000 foreign visitors from a total of 200,000.
One of the aspects that makes CIFF unique is its representation of the entire supply chain – from home furnishings, outdoor and office furniture, to CIFM/interzum guangzhou, a fair dedicated to components and machinery. The exhibition's layout has been further optimised for 2019, with as many as three halls devoted to high-end imports.
CIFF will devote a large space to a rich programme of design activities and exhibitions, including the Home Furnishing Design Show, China Interiors & Decorations Conference, Global Garden Lifestyles Festival, and Office Life Theme Pavilion, plus the Global New Home Products Theme Show, a thematic exhibition created in collaboration with Sina.com to highlight innovations in the following areas – personalisation, living room, dining room, bedroom and outdoor furniture.
