Fox Williams LLP's annual agentlaw seminar will be held in-person at the solicitor's office, 10 Finsbury Square, on Wednesday, 10th November 2021.
This year’s seminar will cover topics such as: how agents terminated for failing to reach their sales targets may be able to strike back at their principals; how suppliers might be able to squeeze out underperforming distributors; the extent of disclosure in litigation, and how agency and distribution agreement disputes can be won or lost; and what’s in store for 2022.
