On Thursday, 28th November, Fox Williams will hold its annual, free-to-attend agentlaw seminar, at 10 Finsbury Square, London.
Entitled 'Principals and agents, suppliers and distributors - answers and directions at a time of uncertainty', the seminar will run from 6pm-8.45 pm.
Topics covered will include: when is an agent not an agent?; how not to break an exclusive distributorship or supply agreement; when commission is payable, and why the fact that the principal has not been paid is no excuse for not paying commission; and repealing the Commercial Agents Regulations.
The seminar will be chaired by Stephen Sidkin, partner and chair of the agentlaw team at Fox Williams. After the formal presentations, there will be an opportunity to ask questions of the speakers, and then to network over drinks and canapes.
