Event organiser Clarion has announced that its Home exhibition is to run twice yearly – the new autumn edition will take place alongside Top Drawer from 14-16th September at London's Olympia.
Since its launch three years ago, Home has become a popular destination for design-led homewares and interior accessories, attracting key brands, doubling in size and gaining a 35% growth in visitor numbers.
The inaugural autumn edition of Home is already over 80% sold, with key exhibitors such as LSA International, Alessi, Bloomingville and Grunwerg among the first to book their stands.
LSA International’s Monika Lubkowska-Jonas comments: “We welcome the launch of Home in September. Our customers are enjoying the well-edited show, with its collection of leading home brands brought together in London, the capital of design. January’s Home was a great success for us, and we are confident that the quality and excitement of the show will be hard to beat.”
Tom Basford of Grunwerg says: “It will be our first time at the Home show this autumn, and, having heard great things about it, we are really looking forward to taking part. Especially as we have exciting new products to show, and some great celebrations coming up! Home will be perfect for us.”
Clarion received record re-bookings for Home at the January 2014 show after announcing that Home, new sister show Craft and industry favourite Top Drawer are to move to Olympia in January 2015.
Commenting on the launch of the autumn edition of Home, Jill Webb, Conran Group director, says: “In Home, Clarion gave the UK a dedicated homewares and interior accessories show, and did it with style, expertise and insight, so we’re very excited by the news that Home is now to run twice a year. We see the September show as a welcome addition to the buying calendar, one which will make the buyer’s task easier and more enjoyable.”
