Meble Polska, the biggest furniture buying event in Central and Eastern Europe, returns to Poznan from 25-28th February, and is attracting unprecedented interest from international buyers this year, thanks to its earlier timeslot and the cancellation of several key Asian fairs due to the spreading coronavirus.
Featuring approximately 500 companies and brands (including most of Poland's leading furniture manufacturers), a large number of debut appearances plus various presentations and installations, Meble Polska 2020 promises to attract a significantly bigger proportion of visitors from abroad than it did in 2019 (34%). Organiser Grupa MTP expects over 20,000 visitors in total.
In addition to affordable chipboard furniture, visitors will find solid wood products and other high-end solutions, plus a good number of upholstery and mattress suppliers.
The show will be accompanied by the Home Decor Interior Design Trade Fair and Arena Design events, plus a series of panel discussions on the Brand Stage devoted to the challenges facing the Polish furniture industry.
