New categorisation to boost Furniture China

Furniture China 2014 promises to again deliver results, bolstered by a new hall layout – specific exhibit halls where the exhibition booths will showcase new products related to furniture design, new classic furniture, and high-end living, dining and bedroom furniture.

Halls W4 and W5 will be the special halls for furniture design. Hall W4 will focus on Brand Design, presenting new looks from innovative exhibitors, while W5 will be for Original Design, displaying individual design works by talented local furniture designers.

Boasting the theme of New Classic Furniture, hall N1 will aim to gather unique styles and present fresh trends for home furniture. Compared with the Classic European Furniture in hall N1 in 2013, the content within New Classic Furniture in 2014 will be in line with the current trends in furniture.

At its core, the show focuses on three vital elements – Furniture, Design and Lifestyle. Halls E4 and E5 will be dedicated to exclusive Living/Dining and Sleeping furniture, teaming up with authoritative media to create quality lifestyle home environments following the concepts of Living/Dining Plus (hall E4) and Sleeping Plus (hall E5). Showrooms for living, dining and sleeping furniture will be presented in these halls.

Echoing the main venue of SNIEC, Furniture China 2014 will welcome an additional Upholstery Hall at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Centre (SWEECC). The new hall is designed to cater to global market demands, to encourage emerging upholstery brands – whilst corresponding to upholstered products in three other upholstery halls in SNIEC.

Furniture China 2014 aims to provide both exhibitors and professional furniture buyers with a better platform for exchange within in the furniture industry.
