New developments bolster January Furniture Show

The UK's principal furniture and interiors trade show, the January Furniture Show (JFS) is set to return to the Birmingham NEC for its fifth edition, from 20th-23rd January 2019, and will feature new developments and major new exhibitor names.

The new Bed Zone and lighting section, Light, will confirm the show's status as the most comprehensive event for UK buyers.

As Silentnight returns to the NEC after a prolonged absence, a large part of Hall 5 will become the Bed Zone. Joining Silentnight are bed companies both new and returning names including Kaydian, MLily, Furmanac, Highgate, Slumberdream, DeepSleep and Highgrove – making it the largest concentration of bed and mattress companies at the event since its inception in 2015.

Hall 3 will welcome a new dedicated lighting section, Light. Dar Lighting will return to the show and will be joined by Searchlight, Oaks Lighting, Impex Lighting and Loxton Lighting. Light will offer the show's most extensive collection of lighting companies yet.

Increasing its status as the hall for high-end European cabinet and upholstery, Hall 2 will see new exhibitors Hartmann and Violino join the line-up. Gwinner and Aleal will both return after an absence, to show alongside Ego Italiano, Sits, Italia Living, Bontempi, Skovby, Rom, Camel Group and Alf.

Other new developments will be announced shortly.
