Buyer registration is now officially open for INDX Furniture, taking place from 23rd-26th January 2027 (day 1 reserved exclusively for AIS members), as "the UK’s leading furniture show for independent retail" prepares to showcase newness across upholstery, cabinet, and living room furniture.
Curated directly by trade buyers, INDX Furniture January 2027 will spotlight major product launches and new collection debuts from the likes of: HTL, debuting a comprehensive collection featuring power gliders, new-technology Homestage introductions, zero-wall recliners, and promotional lines; Incanto Italia and Sofitalia, unveiling exclusive new modular sofa launches featuring organic silhouettes, tactile fabrics, and buttery leathers; Primavera Furniture, expanding its line with a new recliner collection alongside a relaxed, American-influenced range;
Abode, showcasing a new upholstery line with four curated colour stories co-ordinated across two timber finishes, and designed to sit alongside its cabinet collection; Zoy Furniture, presenting new upholstery collections tailored for Q1; Status Italia, presenting its latest contemporary dining and bedroom ranges, including the new Petra and Neka models; and Devonshire Living, Cófra Furniture, and Papaya Trading, bringing fresh cabinet ranges and new solid wood options to the show floor.
The INDX Trend Showcase returns for 2027, combining macro forecasting from Scarlet Opus with the commercial expertise of AIS' category specialists, in a feature area that promises to provide practical inspiration for range planning. This season will unveil 'The Dream' consumer trend, focusing on optimism, escapism and emotional wellbeing. Key showcase pieces include Primavera's Alto and Baker Furniture's Berkeley dining and occasional collection.
Alongside the extensive product line-up, INDX Furniture continues to serve as "the undisputed anchor for the independent retail calendar, backed by strong retailer commitment and pre-show planning", says organiser Associated Independent Stores (AIS).
"When the wider market fluctuates, independent furniture retailers double down on what works," says Rachel Cooper, furniture buyer at AIS. "January is the undisputed powerhouse of the buying calendar – at INDX it is where independent buyers set their range strategies, review supplier partnerships, and place essential orders with confidence.
"We also know that our INDX visitors are actively evaluating ranges and mapping out their visit weeks before stepping through our doors. Web traffic across INDX Furniture channels rose by 20% in 2026, accompanied by higher dwell times on landing pages, so we know we have high-intent decision-makers coming to our shows.”
Attendees will be able to explore displays from top UK and international suppliers, including Abacus Solutions, Abode, Baker Furniture (Trend Showcase), Classic Furniture, Cófra Furniture, Devonshire Living, HND (UK), Home Deco Hub, HTL, Incanto Italia, Papaya Trading, Primavera Furniture, Sofitalia, Status Italia, Wood Bros, You’re Furnished, and Zoy Furniture.
The show will take place at Cranmore Park, Solihull. Free admission and on-site parking is available for registered trade buyers, and pre-registration is open now.
