HawaExpo, Vietnam’s largest nationally endorsed export furniture fair, will return from 5-7th March 2025.
"Driven by the country's favourable trade policies, tax support, the rising robust global demands after the downturn, and the upgrading of transport infrastructure quality, Vietnam is now the sixth export country in the global wood and furniture map, and has attracted an increase of FDI flow in recent years with no drop," states the show's organiser, which promises more exhibitors, and greater modernity among them, following the announcement of a goal to hit net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
"Within the show, buyers can easily spot the latest trends, updated supply competency, new material development, and technical advances happening in the industry. Additionally, the industry transformation from Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) to Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) continues presenting numerous new faces and start-ups, showing their vast ability from designing to final production."
Nguyen Quoc Khanh, chairman of Viforest and Hawa, adds: “Our target was to proactively guide businesses in promoting the diversity of the Vietnamese wood and fine arts industry via a transparent platform under a professional organisation, world-class service.
"Following that, we aim to support all participants to achieve the finest direct connections, unique contacts, and form trustful relationships with our exceptional made-in-Vietnam manufacturers equipped with strong exporting experience.”
During the exhibition, buyers are invited to attend a variety of forums and seminars, including events hosted by government agencies which aim to provide panoramic perspectives of Vietnam's furniture industry.
HawaExpo is organised by the Association of Vietnam Timber and Forest Products under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and with the support of local authorities of the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City.
