VIFA Expo 2026, taking place from 8-11th March, is set to unite more than 650 exhibitors across two venues in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (WTC Expo and SKY Expo), while offering international buyers "a comprehensive support package to optimise their trade experience".
Recognising the enhanced scale of a dual-venue event, VIFA Expo has invested in a comprehensive support package comprising: a free shuttle bus service, offering continuous and flexible transport across three lines, connecting official hotels with both exhibition venues; official hotels providing accommodation support and special benefits, offering international customers secure, comfortable lodging near both venues; a VIP Buyers Program which "not only helps optimise time and accommodation but also facilitates strategic connections between potential business partners and suitable suppliers in the fastest and most effective way possible"; and factory tours to provide an in-depth experience of Vietnam’s manufacturing capabilities, while industry seminars and the gala dinner help participants grasp trends and expand their business network.
"VIFA Expo 2026 extends beyond finished products, encompassing the entire supply chain, from raw materials to the most advanced technological solutions," says show organiser Lien Minh Company. "Visitors will find absolute diversity across all segments, including Indoor/Outdoor Furniture, Home Decor, and Supporting Services. Notably, the heavy emphasis on the Machinery and Equipment Zone – showcasing modern technologies and automation – transforms VIFA Expo into a vital hub for both finished goods and smart manufacturing technology, helping to boost global productivity."
VIFA Expo 2026 will also be a meeting point for designers and manufacturers. The fair hosts two main creative competitions: the ongoing Mascot Design Contest, which seeks a unique event icon; and the Creative Furniture Showcase Contest, celebrating impressive designs, "strategically aiming to encourage Vietnamese enterprises to shift towards proactive product development, honour high-quality, made-in-Vietnam products, and strengthen business promotion at the fair".
Lien Minh concludes: "Committed to delivering an effective experience, VIFA Expo 2026 reinforces its position as Asia's most critical and unmissable early-year furniture business starting point."
