The next edition of INDX Furniture will take place at West Midlands event venue Cranmore Park from 30th August to 1st September, and attendees are invited to join engaging discussions at the Retail Insights speaker sessions - a new onsite feature.
On Wednesday 31 August at 11am, Matthew Thomas, head of engagement at the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman, will explore evolving consumer behaviour and complaint resolution. Matthew works with businesses across a range of sectors to inspire consumer confidence through dispute resolution, advice and training.
At 2pm, Andrew Hudson, MD of Eurofins BLC, will lead an open discussion about the current challenges being faced by the furniture industry. Andrew Hudson has over 20 years of experience in the leather value chain.
