AI interiors specialist appoints chief customer officer

Cyncly, a global provider of AI-driven software for the spaces-for-living industry, has announced the appointment of Steve Warfield as chief customer officer (CCO).

As CCO, Steve will lead Cyncly's global customer organisation, with direct responsibility for the end-to-end customer experience including onboarding, enablement, customer support and customer success. In his role, Warfield will focus on delivering a consistent and connected experience across the company's entire software portfolio.

“Our customers choose Cyncly because our specialised software helps them run more efficient, profitable businesses. The experience and support we provide are a vital part of that equation,” says Cyncly's CEO, Anand Krishnan.

“Steve has spent his career building and transforming world-class customer organisations. He brings deep operational expertise, a clear-eyed focus on customer health, and a genuine drive to help the businesses we serve achieve real, measurable outcomes. We are happy to welcome him to Cyncly.”

Steve brings more than 20 years of customer operations leadership in B2B SaaS and enterprise software environments. Most recently, he served as VP of customer service and technical support at Zendesk, a leader in customer experience software.

“Cyncly has an incredible breadth of products, deep industry expertise, and strong customer relationships across markets,” says Steve. “There is a clear opportunity here to bring all our capabilities together for an experience that is personal, proactive, and remarkably simple.

"The goal is to help customers find the right solution the first time, gain value from their technology faster, and reach the expertise they need without friction. Ultimately, I believe our customer organisation can become a true competitive differentiator for Cyncly by combining the intimacy and partnership of a smaller business with the capabilities, technology, and scale of a global market leader.”
