Andrew Martin has relaunched its sofa and chair collection, with over 30 new designs added to the category, following an +18% uplift in sales for its Truman sofa design, as well as a "remarkable" increase in orders for custom-made sofas over the last 12 months.
Mike Durbridge, CEO, comments: “We introduced 12 new sofa designs in the past six months and the early reaction from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive. Having over 20 sofa models in stock and ready for delivery within 7-10 days is a key facet of our customer offer.
“We have also seen a remarkable uplift in both retail customers and interior designers ordering custom-made sofas using our range of bold and luxurious fabrics. Demand has increased to such an extent that we are doubling the size of our own UK production facilities to cope with it.”
A new lifetime structural guarantee accompanies every Andrew Martin sofa and chair – and 95% of the former are manufactured in the UK.
