Interiors brand Libra has launched a new trade website that boasts improved functionality and streamlined order processing.
The website features the full product portfolio, including exclusive online ranges. Stockists can view live stock levels and create orders which will allocate stock instantly. New features include the option to ship direct to consumers, as well as the opportunity to pay by card when ordering. In time, Libra plans to add resources including seasonal promotions and flexible payment options.
The launch comes as part of a wider digital transformation for Libra, which will be spearheaded by Charlie Ruigrok, who has joined as head of digital. Previously a digital trade adviser at the Department of International Trade (DIT), Charlie has extensive experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
He comments: “The last 10 years have been all about digital transformation and Libra is closing out the decade with its biggest digital strategy to date. In a tough retail environment, it’s important that we give our customers robust and reliable digital tools that bring together all the resources and expertise at our disposal.”
