Exhibit for free at next month's Online Furniture Show

The team behind the Online Furniture Show, which was due to take place last month but postponed until 2021, will offer exhibitors the opportunity to display their products for free at the upcoming edition, which will run from 25th January.

"With the troubles experienced in our trade over the last few months, our aim is to bring the entire furniture community together in our online platform and assist in getting new products to market," reads a statement issued by the team.

The online platform will enable exhibitors and visitors to communicate via live chat, and will also allow for Zoom conferencing, so exhibitors can virtually walk visitors around their 'stand'.

"A number of trade showrooms are now re-opening on an invitation basis with booked time slots, and the Online Furniture Show will enable retailers to reserve a timed appointment at these showrooms. This will facilitate customers in rubberstamping their selections from the show – or, if the customer doesn’t need that final reassurance, they can order online from each exhibitor."

Director Peter Holdich explains that the team's extensive experience in developing web-based systems for the furniture and furnishing trades has helped deliver an easy admin panel for uploading products/images and videos, including fabric swatches and options, and that different price lists can be allocated to visitors individually.

"The visitor experience will be a clean, fresh and relaxed way of viewing the ranges, drilling down to the individual products and making their buying decisions," concludes the statement.
