Ralph Lauren Home, a division of Ralph Lauren Corporation, has signed an exclusive global license agreement for fabrics and wallcoverings with its longstanding European licensee, London-based Designers Guild.
The collection of premier fabrics and wallcoverings has been designed to cater to the high-end consumer and trade business.
Under the new agreement, Designers Guild will be responsible for the sales, distribution and manufacturing of Ralph Lauren Home fabric and wallcoverings, while Ralph Lauren Home will be responsible for the design and marketing.
The collection will be available at select Ralph Lauren stores across the US and Europe.
