Furniture Village is opening a brand-new store at Colchester’s Stane Retail Park in December, taking its store portfolio to 55.
Located in a prominent standalone location at the front of the park, the new store boasts 17,800 sqft of retail space over two floors.
The store will officially open on Boxing Day, although work is already under way to transform the unit ahead of December.
Charlie Harrison, commercial director at Furniture Village, comments: “We are delighted to be opening our 55th store in Colchester in December. Stane Retail Park is a fantastic shopping destination and the ideal choice for Furniture Village.”
The store will create a total of nine new roles, with expert sales consultants offering advice to customers.
Developed by The Church Manor Estates, Stane Retail Park is just four miles from Colchester’s town centre and can be easily accessed via Junction 26 of the A12. Furniture Village will join retailers such as M&S, Mountain Warehouse, Superdrug, Cook, Aldi and B&Q on the estate.
