ScS has announced the completion of its latest share buyback programme, comprising up to £3.1m.
Together with the previous programme announced on 22nd March 2022, the latest initiative saw a total of 4,057,981 ordinary shares repurchased and cancelled, representing 10.7% per cent of the group's issued share capital (as of 22nd March 2022).
ScS says it has has returned a total of £7m to shareholders.
