The business has implemented extensive software and logistical upgrades to make this beneficial move for stockists possible.

Increased warehousing, additional staff and a sophisticated internal stock management system to optimise operational procedures are now in place to ensure Serene’s "already high" levels of customer service are exceeded through this new initiative.
