Bensons for Beds has confirmed that its chief customer officer Francesca (Frankie) Haynes (pictured) is leaving the business "to take up a new challenge", and that it intends to split her role into two distinct areas – retail and customer, so it can "maximise retail growth and accelerate the progress we’re making on our customer experience".
Bensons says it is in the process of recruiting a chief retail officer to take on the retail role, and that it has expanded the remit of its COO Gavin Chappell to include customer service.
"We’re grateful for Frankie's hard work during her time with us, and wish her every success," adds Bensons.
