Bensons reopens eve Sleep’s UK website

Bensons for Beds has reopened eve Sleep's website less than three weeks after it bought the brand and intellectual property.

As noted last month, eve Sleep is being retained by Bensons as a standalone brand, and the website will return from hibernation with all the brand's most popular models, says Bensons.

The website, relaunched in time for the year's key trading period, includes its six bestselling mattress ranges – the premium, original and lighter, available as hybrid or full-foam sleep solutions. These ranges accounted for the vast majority of all eve Sleep sales prior to its administration, says the retailer.

Five out of these six mattress ranges also boast Which Best Buy awards, including the consumer association’s top-rated mattress, the Premium Hybrid.

Customers buying online will still be able to take advantage of eve Sleep’s one-year at-home trial.

“We know from the feedback we’ve had from customers, they can’t wait for our eve Sleep website to reopen,” says Bensons' CEO Nick Collard. “And that customer demand has reinforced our view that acquiring the eve Sleep brand will widen our appeal as we continue to build our growing portfolio of high-quality, in-house brands, that offers a sleep solution for every need.

“I’d like to thank the Bensons project team for their hard work in relaunching the website so swiftly.”

The acquisition of the eve Sleep brand has been backed by Bensons’ owner Alteri Investors.

Bensons' growing brand portfolio includes Slumberland and Staples & Co. This week, the retailer also launched its new value range, Simply by Bensons range, which marries affordability and sustainability.

Customers placing orders on the refreshed eve Sleep website can get help with queries, refunds, trial periods and warranties online. Customers who placed orders before 17th October should continue to contact [email protected].
