Former BHS owner Dominic Chappell has been arrested by HMRC as part of an investigation into unpaid taxes on profits made from the now defunct retailer, reports The Guardian.
Chappell’s company, Swiss Rock, reportedly owes more than £500,000 in tax.
BHS collapsed into administration in April, leaving a £571m pension deficit. Dominic Chappell's consortium, Retail Acquisitions, bought BHS for £1 in 2015 from its founder, Sir Philip Green, whose knighthood is now in question.
