As it gets ready to celebrate 10 years in business, Breasley Consumer Products is expanding and reorganising its team. The company, which launched in 2005, is creating an office-based operations team to support the appointment of two divisional directors. They are Sue Ellis, currently sales director of the recently-launched Naked Beds brand, and Mark Hughes, sales director for Breasley CP.
Each will manage a sales team of four people, all handling the full portfolio manufactured by the company. The new structure takes effect from 1st January.
Says MD Stuart Hibbert: “The first 10 years has seen development of the Flexcell, Postureform, Valuepack, Viscofoam, Amor, Nulife, Accolade, Salus and Naked Beds brands and firmly established Breasley Consumer as a serious player in both the vacuum-packed mattress and divan market.
“As a result, the business has grown significantly, and as part of our strategy for going forward we are restructuring the team to ensure we are well placed for growth into our second decade in business. Fundamental to this is an office-based operations team that will deal with administrative duties and ensure we can be out in the field listening to customers, and helping our sales team to deliver better customer care with products the market demands.”
Mark’s team will come to include Ian Anderson (Scotland), Edward Bacon (North-west), Paul Groves (Midlands) and James Stewart (Ireland). Sue’s team will be Mark Allitt (Yorkshire and the North-east), Rob King (East Anglia/Home Counties), Jason Hillier (South-east) and Nigel Hillier (South-west).
