Online sleep brand Casper has announced its first brick-and-mortar retail partnership in the UK – with John Lewis & Partners.
Casper’s sleep products will now be available at 24 John Lewis locations in England, Wales, and Scotland, including the retailer’s flagship store on Oxford Street, and online at JohnLewis.com. For the first time, customers will be able to experience and trial Casper products in-store.
Casper introduced its mattress to the UK in 2016, and the company now offers pillows, bedding, furniture, and connected products like the Glow bedtime light.
“We’ve seen tremendous success in the UK over the past three years, and the demand to experience our products in person continues to grow,” says Neil Parikh, co-founder and chief strategy officer, Casper. “Partnering with John Lewis, one of the most-loved retail brands in the UK, offers customers the opportunity to experience Casper and enables us to bring better sleep to even more people.”
John Lewis will offer the original Casper mattress, pillow, and the company’s newest product, the Casper Hybrid mattress.
“Casper is a really exciting new brand for us. We’re delighted to launch their sleep products, including the new Casper Hybrid mattress exclusive to John Lewis in the UK, to complement our existing ranges,” says Emily Wimborne, beds and bedroom furniture buyer, John Lewis & Partners.
In North America, the company has opened more than 30 Casper Sleep Shops, and partnered with retailers including Target and Hudson’s Bay.
