Certsure has appointed The Furniture Ombudsman as a provider of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.
Certsure, which operates the NICEIC and ELECSA brands, has been assessing the electrical competence of electricians in the home improvement sector for over fifty years and currently maintains a roll of more than 33,000 registered contractors. It chose to work with The Furniture Ombudsman to show its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.

Emma Clancy, CEO of Certsure, says: “We are pleased to have appointed the expert ADR and legal professionals at The Furniture Ombudsman to provide us with their range of services. Our organisations share the goal of raising standards to improve the lives of consumers.”
