Furniture retailer Connollys of Moy is celebrating a landmark year after receiving three major accolades across the business and retail sector.
MD Vivion Connolly has been honoured with both the Ulster Tatler Lifetime Achievement Award and Ulster Tatler Businessman of the Year, while the business has been named Best Home Furnishing Store in Northern Ireland at the Local Women Magazine Awards.
These achievements collectively recognise the company’s commitment to quality furniture, customer service, community support, and innovation in the Irish home interiors market.
Founded in 1994 by Vivion, Connollys of Moy began as a small family business and has grown into one of Northern Ireland’s most respected furniture retailers. The Ulster Tatler honours highlight Vivion’s dedication to service, his role in driving local employment, and his leadership in merging traditional values with modern business practices.
“One thing that has never changed is our belief that customers deserve honesty, comfort and the right advice,” says Vivion. “These awards are a testament to the team here in Moy and to every customer who trusted us along the way.”
Connollys of Moy’s showroom spans over 40,000 sqft, offering a range of furniture brands including Vispring, himolla, Stressless, G Plan, Tetrad and Fama. Known for its full-room design solutions, the store "combines luxury brands with everyday practicality" says Vivion.
Alongside commercial growth, Connollys of Moy continues to support local causes including Marie Curie, Macmillan Cancer Support and community sports initiatives.
“This recognition belongs to our customers and our team,” adds Vivion. “We’re incredibly proud to play a part in helping people create homes they love.”
