Consumers lose out as Infurn.com fails to fulfil orders

Consumers across Europe who have lost money after they ordered furniture from Infurn.com have complained, stating that the site is still taking orders 10 days after staff allegedly vacated its London offices, and the products they have paid for have not been delivered.

The Guardian Money states it has received letters from readers who placed orders for up to thousands of pounds. Angry customers have taken to the web, and have even visited Infurn.com's empty London offices to find out where their money has gone.

Customers whose furniture failed to arrive have asked why it has not been shut down by the authorities, and requests for refunds have not been met.

Infurn.com is now still up and running and is offering a 30% sale. However, the credit and debt card payments facilities that some buyers report using have now been withdrawn.

Infurn's listed phone lines are now dead.
