DFS' group finance director Bill Barnes will retire from his role as of 30th July.
He will remain an employee of the company until 31st August, with company benefits intact until this time.
Meanwhile, current commercial finance director Nicola Bancroft will assume the role of chief financial officer and executive director as of 1st August.
