Following in the footsteps of many UK ex-pats, sofa retailer DFS has set up home in San Javier near Murcia on Costa Calida.
DFS has taken over an existing furniture retail business, combining its knowledge and passion for furniture with the local experience of the previous retailers’ management team to bring quality and stylish furniture to the Spanish market.
The 5000 sq ft store will offer a large range of furniture to kit out the whole home, bringing the latest furniture trends alongside modern classics, all showcased in inspirational room sets.
DFS has been making and selling upholstered furniture in the UK for over 45 years. Many of its designs are made in its three UK factories and two woodmills by local craftspeople. There are hundreds of ranges, colours and fabrics to choose from and all come with a 10 year free guarantee on frame and frames springs.
DFS also has its own specialist delivery teams covering the Murcia and Alicante region who will install furniture for its customers. It can also provide quotes to deliver anywhere in mainland Spain.
