Dusk.com, one of the UK’s fastest-growing online-only homeware and furniture retailers, says it has continued its strong growth trajectory in the first half of FY27, with revenue increasing 19% for the six months to 30th September 2026.
"Although consumer spending in the first quarter was held back by cost of living pressures, Dusk continued to grow significantly ahead of the market," says the online pureplay. "Growth accelerated to 33% YoY in the second quarter as the company benefitted from strategic initiatives and a better consumer environment. New products and ranges, heightened brand awareness and a growing loyalty scheme all contributed positively.
"The company's active customer base grew by 19% YoY, while the MyDusk loyalty programme membership increased by 56% YoY, surpassing 698,000 members in September. This growth reflects the continued appeal of Dusk's unique combination of style, quality and affordability, with around 50% of all orders now coming from repeat customers."
This growing engagement has been supported by continued expansion across Dusk's product offer, with the recent launch of bathroom furniture further broadening the range to cover every room of the home.
Dusk has also continued to build its presence beyond its digital channels, hosting six in-person experiences during FY27 to date, including its AW26 launch event, pop-up activations and celebrations marking its 10th anniversary. At Battersea Power Station, a life-size cake replica of one of its bestselling sofas attracted more than 1,300 customers, demonstrating the brand’s increasingly experiential approach to customer engagement.
Alongside product and customer growth, Dusk has invested in a more flexible and convenient purchasing journey for its customers. Saturday delivery, additional payment options and furniture warranties through Loxa offer greater choice, particularly for larger-ticket purchases. The company’s Trustpilot rating has also improved to ‘Great’, reflecting continued investment and progress in customer experience.
And the company has also continued to diversify its routes to market. Dusk Trade, a B2B offering launched in May, is now serving more than 2,000 active accounts including property developers, housebuilders and interior designers. With AOV more than 2.5 times that of its retail business, Dusk Trade is scaling into a meaningful growth driver.
Dusk says it enters H2 with strong momentum across the business: "With further enhancements to its customer proposition and operations planned for the second half and into the next FY, the company is well positioned to deliver sustained, attractive growth over the medium term."
Chris Read, CEO, comments: “The first half of FY27 has been another strong period for Dusk, with attractive growth, significant expansion in our active customer base and further progress on profitability.
“We have continued to invest behind this momentum, from expanding our product offering and improving the customer experience to creating new opportunities for customers to engage with the brand. Alongside this, Dusk Trade and our retail partnership are helping us broaden our reach and create further opportunities for growth.
“We're entering the second half with great momentum particularly given our pleasing second quarter, with all our major KPIs continuing to improve. We remain committed to delivering strong, profitable growth as we advance our vision of establishing dusk.com as the UK's leading name in homeware and furniture.”
