Family-run Black Country business, Castle Blinds & Awnings, is set to open the doors to its new showroom after relocating to larger premises in Brierley Hill.
Located on Little Cottage Street, the new showroom marks a significant milestone for the company, having outgrown its previous 3,400 sqft space. The company has now expanded into a 10,500 sqft facility, which sits alongside its existing showroom in Kingswinford, and includes a dedicated manufacturing base.
Castle Awnings & Blinds, which specialises in made-to-measure blinds, shutters and awnings for domestic and commercial properties, was founded by Brian Jones in 1993 and is now run by his children, Amanda and Lee.
The deal was brokered by Birmingham-based property consultant Johnson Fellows, which acted on behalf of the seller.
Brian, owner of Castle Blinds & Awnings, says: “We’re excited to be opening our new showroom after searching for the right property for over 10 years. The new premises provides us with ample space for a combined manufacturing base and a second showroom, and also gives us the space to showcase our full outdoor product range for the first time.”
Richard Bache, partner in the commercial agency team at Johnson Fellows, adds: “It’s fantastic to see Brian and the team moving into their new showroom in Brierley Hill. This move reflects a strong period of growth for the business and we’re pleased to have supported the team in their search.”
