Former PwC board member Andy Kemp will join ScS' board as a non-executive director on 1st February 2023.
Andy will also be appointed as a member of the retail group's audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee.
Andy is a non-executive director of The Berkeley Group Holdings, where he is a member of the audit committee and the chairman of the remuneration committee. Andy formerly the chairman of PwC's non-executive director advisory programme, and previously sat on PwC's audit and risk assurance executive board.
It is also intended that Andy will succeed Ron McMillan as chairman of the audit committee in late 2023, when Ron will be stepping down from the board having completed nine years as a board member.
