Industry print specialist CPS Group has welcomed Gareth Williams as operations director, bringing with him 26 years of experience in manufacturing, process optimisation and operational strategy.
Gareth has led significant print firms, enhancing efficiency, quality, and customer-centric improvements, says CPS, and his leadership contributed to a previous company securing the title of Welsh Manufacturing Company of the Year.
Most recently, he revitalised operations at one of the UK’s largest furniture manufacturers, achieving a +46% increase in efficiency.
At CPS Group, Gareth will streamline processes, improve production, and drive growth.
