Global support for January Furniture Show

A host of leading brands from the UK and across the globe are continuing to sign up for the all-new January Furniture Show 2015.

To be held from 13-15th January at the NEC, Jansen International, Quarrata Qualita, Alpine Lounge, Lifestyle Europe, ROM, G Plan Vintage, Clemence Richard, Artistic Upholstery, Delta Salotti and Origin Red are the latest big names to confirm their attendance. These new signings are testament to the continuing success of the time-honoured, established event.

With over 300 best of British and international furniture brands now confirmed, the show is set to be the largest event ever organised by directors of Furniture Fairs and industry experts Laraine Janes and Theresa Raymond.

Said the directors: "As a direct result of the overwhelming success that we've achieved so far, we have now signed a tenancy for the next three years. Due to popular demand and to ensure that we don't clash with any other events, 2016 will run for three days from Sunday 24th - Tuesday 26th January."

Mike Daly, sales and marketing director at G Plan Vintage says: "We will be attending The January Furniture Show next year, as it will provide an excellent opportunity to showcase the brand. We look forward to meeting new buyers as well as taking the opportunity to catch up with our existing G Plan Vintage stockists."

Paul James from Origin Red Furniture, adds: "We are very pleased that the team behind Manchester Furniture Show has been successful in obtaining the tenancy for The January Furniture Show. I have been exhibiting with Theresa and Larraine at Manchester Furniture Show for well over ten years. They have a great interest in the furniture industry and are not just hosts of an exhibition. Their marketing of Manchester Furniture Show is always very well structured and targeted, so there was no hesitation in supporting them for The January Furniture Show."

Laraine and Theresa conclude: "This is promising to be more than just a trade show. It will launch the furniture industry into 2015 and visitors will be able to experience trends and innovations which will be key to business success over the next 12 months. The NEC is the busiest exhibition venue in Europe, staging 160 exhibitions every year and this will be the 25th consecutive furniture show to be held there in January. Plans are underway to celebrate in style with a birthday party-style drinks reception with special guests after the show on the opening day."
