GNG Group Yorkshire plc has appointed Simon Williams as business development manager for its Mattress Division.
Briefed with generating further growth of mattress sales across the group, Simon joins with a track record in the bed industry, including time at Dunlopillo, Bensons for Beds, and Stompa.
"Simon’s appointment to the GNG team further strengthens the business and will allow us to accelerate our growth plans," says managing director, Neal Spencer.
Group Chairman, Philip Whittell said: "This latest appointment is another milestone in our expansion plans, bringing more focus to specific areas of the business and increasing our overall efficiency. Simon will manage growth in all our mattress brands - Komfi, Zen and Memory Foam Warehouse along with our key account white label business.”
The company, which employs more than 150 people, now operates 3 manufacturing facilities in Yorkshire along with several
retail outlets under the memory foam warehouse brand.
