Created to inspire, the first-floor Sofa Room is a veritable playroom featuring all manner of fabric swatches, information cards, educational videos and sofas in various designs.
Elaine Boyle, sofa buyer at Heal’s, says: “Our new showroom has been designed to offer an inspirational space in which our customers can immerse themselves in a world of colour, texture and shape. We want our customers to feel inspired yet comfortable when they visit our showroom, a place where they can find the perfect sofa for their home.”
To enhance the buying experience, the new Sofa Room also offers a range of new customer-friendly tools. A free swatch service is available in-store and online for those seeking inspiration on style and colour. Those interested can simply log onto [email protected] and outline name, house address, email address and details for up to five fabric swatches (per customer).
Designed to accommodate today’s increasingly busy lifestyles, the Heal's Express service enables shoppers to choose from Heal’s best-selling collections with reduced delivery times. Key ranges include the new Penrose Sofa, Mistral Sofa, Knap Sofabed and Swing Chaise/Sofabed. Items ordered through Heal’s Express will be delivered within seven working days for furniture and two working days for mattresses.
Heal’s Sofa Guarantee includes a lifetime guarantee on the sofa frame, a six year guarantee on the mechanisms of sofa beds and recliners and a one year guarantee on cushion fillings and coverings.
