King Living launches virtual consultation technology

Australian furniture retailer King Living has announced the addition of in-store and virtual consultation technology within its Kingston Bentall Centre showroom.

Customers and interior designers will be able to book a 45-minute slot with the in-store sales team to discuss furniture solutions without needing to visit the store in person.

Since the opening of the showroom in November 2022, King Living has attracted (often repeat) customers from across the South and South East of England.

King Living's key point of difference is its approach to creating modular furniture that adapts to people's lifestyle, integrating technology such as smart charging stations, motion-controlled lighting, sound system integration and world-class recliner technology – and now virtual consultations.

Founder David King comments: “We are thrilled by the success of our first UK showroom. London is one of the most incredible destinations in the world for design, and opening a second showroom is testament to our innovative approach to furniture design and timeless appeal that translates on a global scale.

“We wanted the space to reflect the Australian way of living and evoke the nostalgia of a home, taking customers on a journey through our curated collections and aspirational lifestyle settings. The Kingston showroom does just that.

"The virtual consultations will allow customers from all over the UK to experience a one-to-one session before making the decision to visit in person. We can’t wait to welcome our virtual customers.”
