Leeds-based home furnishings designer, manufacturer and supplier Riva Home has announced key leadership changes and appointments as the company embarks on yet another ambitious growth plan.
Riva's new team structure brings together expertise from within the company, marking an opportunity for Riva Home as it prepares to expand its market presence and product proposition.
Justin Green (former MD) will take the role of CEO. Joining him in this leadership overhaul is Ed Banfield, who steps into the role of MD after seven years with the company. Ed has been instrumental in Riva Home’s growth to date, previously serving as both head of ecommerce and trading director.
Lloyd Evans will now become buying director, where he will oversee the company’s expanding product selection.
Supporting these roles is Hannah Norbu, FD, who brings financial experience from her tenure at the likes of GHD and Premier Farnell.
The new structure is further strengthened by the appointment of Paul Fitzpatrick as the trading director. Paul joins Riva Home with 37 years' experience in textiles and a background in sourcing, strategic trading and account management.
Justin Green says: “We are thrilled to bring together a team of this calibre to drive Riva Home forward. Each member brings unique strengths and a commitment to our vision, which will be essential as we focus on scaling our operations and meeting the evolving needs of our customers.”
This refreshed leadership structure comes as Riva Home looks to broaden its product lines, further invest in its ecommerce capabilities, and strengthen relationships with major retail partners and independent retailers alike.
Riva Home's brands include Paoletti, Voyage Maison, Yard, Wylder, and Furn, and spans product categories including bedding, cushions, curtains, throws, furniture, lighting and fabric.
