Lee Longlands staff champion new Castelan scheme

The Castelan Group is celebrating the "outstanding performance and commitment" of three staff members it says have gone above and beyond following the introduction of its new Furniture Protection scheme in partnership with Lee Longlands.

“Since the launch of the scheme, Brian Bowen, Majid Khan and Ranie Lal have emerged as true champions of its implementation," says Castelan CEO, Martin Napper. "Through their product knowledge, passion, and customer-focused approach, they have played a key role in ensuring customers fully understand the benefits of furniture protection and the peace of mind it provides.

“By proactively embracing the new scheme, and consistently recommending it where appropriate, these colleagues demonstrate that the customer truly sits at the heart of everything Lee Longlands does. Their approach reflects the company’s values of trust, quality and exceptional service, ensuring every customer feels supported long after their purchase. The success of the Furniture Protection scheme with Castelan Group is a testament to the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by the Lee Longlands team, with these three colleagues setting an excellent example for others to follow.

“Both Castelan and Lee Longlands would like to congratulate them on their achievements and thank them for their continued commitment to delivering peace of mind and outstanding service to every customer.”
