Leekes' £1m Cross Hands store refurbishment programme

After almost 30 years of retail, Leekes is undertaking a £1m refurbishment programme to refresh the overall look of its Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire store, expand the product range and improve the service offered to customers.

The new store will include: a Conservatory Studio – the largest conservatory display in Wales – located in a new polytunnel, displaying a variety of glazed extensions including the new Loggia; a new Furniture Floor, featuring new studios from leading brands including Halo, G Plan Upholstery and Stressless, as well as an Italian-inspired area; a Sleep Zone, featuring an extensive selection of beds, bed frames and furniture from leading brands such as Tempur, Hypnos, Gainsborough and Nolte; and a refurbished restaurant, complete with a new menu.

The store will also house studios dedicated to lighting, tiles, and pictures and mirrors. In addition, improvements will be made to the till point, information desk, store entrance and exit, as well as the car park, which will feature improved disabled parking and a wider access till point, as well as improved parent and child parking.
