Loaf coming to Solihull and St Albans

Loaf plans to open two new stores this summer – Solihull in late July, and St Albans in early September – taking the total number of UK Loaf stores to seven.

These 5000 sqft spaces will feature mattress-testing stations, sofas and arcade games, plus the St Albans 'shack' will house an old-school ice cream parlour.

Located near the town centre, the Solihull Shack is a 10-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of local parking facilities nearby. The standalone St Albans Shack is just five minutes from the town centre, is accessible from the M1, A1(M) and M25, and also offers free parking.

Loaf’s founder Charlie Marshall says: “Solihull is a stone’s throw from Birmingham, the UK’s second-largest metropolis. It will be the place to put your feet up in the Midlands and loaf around on our squishy wares.

"Our new St Albans Shack is slap bang in the middle of commuter Shangri-La. Both shacks have the perfect recipe for a happy life in the slow lane, and it’s high time we brought our comfy wares to these areas. We can’t wait to open the doors!"
