Furniture, furnishings and equipment (FF&E) and interior design lifecycle company Loft has announced that its warehouse outlet at Unit 6, Maple Industrial Estate, Manchester, will officially close on 30th September as the business consolidates its operations at its newly completed 45,000 sqft headquarters at Hattons Road, Trafford Park.
It says every remaining piece – sofas, beds, dining sets, armchairs and home accessories – must be cleared before the move, with prices already reduced by 50-0% below RRP.
Loft furnishes properties at scale across the build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation, co-living, private rented sector and social housing markets, and that constant turnover naturally generates surplus. The outlet has long been where that surplus found a second home, and the move to Trafford Park means it must be cleared completely.
