Lancashire-based machinery specialist MattressTek has added a new sewing machine engineer to its service team.
Scott Jarvis is a time-served technician with a wealth of experience in the bedding and mattress industries, and is available to undertake service contracts and repairs on any sewing or stitching machines, automated or manual.
He will be meeting customers across the UK, with three days each week spent around Dewsbury maintaining existing relationships, while maintaining machines, including warranty checks.
He further serves MattressTek's customers which incorporate sewing and stitching into their manufacturing, including textiles processing, quilting, fastening and embroidery.
MattressTek is also awaiting the results of TheBusinessDesk Company of the Year Awards (International Trade), MAKEuk’s SME of the Year and Business Growth & Strategy, and the Scale-Up International Business of the Year and Manufacturing Excellence awards, in which it is a finalist.
